    I'm a disaster case manager who assists Hurricane Harvey survivors to replace damaged and lost furniture. This is my first time working with EF. I called this location to obtain a quote for two clients and Tai answered the phone with the most genuine friendliness and concern. She was happy to help me and took my information on the phone. She notified me it would take some time but she'd get it done. A co-worker also needed some quotes and was planning to stop by the store so I went with. When I got there I realized I missed 3 calls from Tai trying to update me on the quotes. When I got in I ran into her and she was sweet as pie! She was finalizing the I formation for my quote and welcome my co-worker in. She was extremely personable and had high attention to detail. Her supervisor Bobby came to assist in the process and they both made the visit well worth it and pleasant. We meet a lot of people while doing this work but Tai and Bobby stand out far above the rest and we wanted to make sure we acknowledged that. Thank you so much for taking time to focus on what we needed. We didn't feel rushed or less important than any other customer. We appreciate you assistance and know that our clients will be even more grateful!!!
